TWISH CART™ Cart Pooling Policy

Effective Date: November 10, 2025

Cart pooling is Twish Cart’s inclusive and innovative group-buying approach, designed to help families and individuals maximize their purchasing power through collective grocery shopping.

By forming a “pool,” multiple users combine their grocery orders into a single bulk cart, allowing everyone to benefit from wholesale pricing, reduced delivery fees, and increased product availability.

It works in 3 easy steps:

Once the cart is finalized, Twish Cart aggregates, processes, and delivers the collective order, distributing items to each participant’s chosen pickup or delivery location.

2. Pricing

  • Collective Savings:

Cartpooling enables access to wholesale prices and exclusive bulk discounts, with savings of up to 80% compared to individual grocery shopping.

  • Transparent Fee Structure:

    • No sign-up fees for cartpool.

    • No hidden service fee for all transactions. All transaction fees are clearly displayed at checkout.

    • Delivery fees are shared among members or waived above certain group thresholds.

  • Dynamic Pricing:
Prices are updated in real-time based on market pricing dynamics, current demand, and special promotional events, so you clearly see what savings you're making on the Twish cart versus market pricing

3. Supply & Logistics Value

  • Reliable Sourcing:
Twish Cart works with local, regional, and national suppliers to ensure consistent quality and availability, with priority given to local producers where possible.

  • Order Aggregation:
Orders are batched for suppliers, minimizing packaging and transit costs while reducing carbon footprint.

  • Flexible Delivery & Pickup:

    • Group deliveries are optimized for cost and efficiency, with options for home delivery or local pickup points.

    • Users receive tracking updates and estimated delivery windows once the cartpool is processed.

  • Loss Prevention:
Cartpools are only processed when the minimum order value threshold is met, ensuring orders are profitable and logistically viable for all parties.

4. Conditions of Use & Profitability

  • Minimum Purchase:
Each cartpool must have at least 2 registered members and reach a minimum order purchase of $50 ($25 per member) for the order to be processed.

  • Order Deadlines:
Cartpools have set closing dates; all orders must be finalized before this time. Late additions are not guaranteed.

  • Payment:
Full payment is required at checkout; pooled carts cannot be processed without completed payment from all the cart participants.

  • Cancellation & Refunds:

    • Cancellations are only accepted before the cartpool closing date.

    • If a cartpool fails to reach the minimum threshold, payments are automatically refunded or credited.

    • Refunds for damaged or missing items are processed within 7 days of delivery.

  • Fair Use:
Abusive use (e.g., repeated cancellations, non-payment) may result in temporary or permanent suspension of Cartpooling privileges.

  • Partner Profitability:
Twish Cart ensures a sustainable margin for both platform and supplier partners by:

    • Setting minimum profitable order thresholds.

    • Adjusting service fees based on supply chain costs.

    • Regularly reviewing supplier agreements and user feedback to optimize value for all.

5. Advantages

  • Families save more, access better products, and reduce shopping stress through collective action.

  • Suppliers access larger, regular group orders and reduce distribution costs.

  • Twish Cart builds a loyal, engaged user community while maintaining operational efficiency and profitability.
